I don't know the correct term. Repositioning? Anyway, the Destiny was getting back on her regular schedule after a dry dock and so had a special one-day/two-night cruise to Nassau from Miami. I always have fun and I travel with a youngster who doesn't like Camp Carnival (snarky supervisors, she says).

Nassau is Nassau. I really think Carnival ought to rename this stop "Atlantis", but if you forgo (or can't afford) Atlantis, it is a perfectly good stop, although not much different than one would get in a Rouse development in any big American city if you stay within a couple of blocks. If you go further by yourself it gets kind of scary.

The Destiny seemed to propel itself nicely, although one could probably take a canoe from Miami to Nassau in as much time. I hope they have the propulsion system working now. The Destiny is a wierd ship. No wonder there is only one in the "Destiny" class. Figuring out levels 3-5 is just strange. The tip here is just go to level 5 and be prepared to walk up and down.
