Sail Date: Feb 2010

This was our sixth cruise in three years. Four with Carnival, one with Celebrity, and this one on the Majesty of the Seas. I must say that this one was our least favorite for several reasons.

First the pros: Embarkation and debarkation (we used the Express Debark, where you take your own bags off the ship before anyone else gets off) went smoothly and probably the fastest of all our cruises. Royal Caribbean seems to have this down to a science.

The food and service was excellent in the main dining room although menu choices seemed limited and at times simple. We did enjoy everything we ordered though. We also dined at Johnny Rockets our first night aboard for a cover of $4.95 each and thought it was worth it as you can eat whatever you want and as much as you want. All dining staff wherever we ate were competent and friendly. Also, the setup in the Windjammer buffets were efficient and there was never a line at the separate stations.
