I was one of many guests who were not informed of the itinerary change until embarkation. After depositing our luggage and approaching the door to register did we find out about the change. A young lady handed me an informational letter which I politely returned because it did not identify our itinerary for Jamaica and Grand Cayman. She politely told me the itinerary had changed. Unbelievable!

Well we were not the only ones who were not informed. Upon arrival to the VIP room, a young couple had requested to speak to the manager. He promptly explained that there was a propulsion problem and ship could not reach Jamaica. We were all disappointed but my husband and I were even more disappointed for the young couple because they had toys for children in Jamaica. Unbelievable!

We too received the offer that if we canceled the cruise we could rebook within 24 months. "What about our airfare", we questioned. "Did you book through Carnival" queried the manager. Our response, 'No." Then there is nothing Carnival will do. So if we canceled the cruise, we would have to pay $300 for both of us to change our ticket to get back home. And another airfare ($550) to travel on the rebook cruise within two years. "Oh, but we are giving you $50 shipboard credit per person." Hmmm, to spend on the ship. Unbelievable!

Cabin Review

Ocean Suite

Cabin OS

The cain was fantastic. We had a suite with a king bed, balcony, jacuzzi, and a dressing room. Plenty of room. We were at the intersection of the hall where the cabins split to the right and left. No distractions.
