My family and I (4 in total) cruised on the NCL Pearl from Feb.6, 2010 - Feb.13, 2010. Our family consited of two adults and 2 teens (15 & 16), my daughters had an abosultely outstanding time. The crew members went out of their way to keep them entertained from the rock climbing wall to the water slide to the bowling alley and beyond. This was by far one of the best family vacations yet. We did not encounter any problems with any of the crew, food or amenities. Everything was perfect. This was our second cruise (1st with NCL) we booked an inside room due to booking last minute and all balconies being sold out. We were a little worried about the size of the cabin and not having enough space, this was never an issue.

The food quality and quantity was beyond perfect, if anyone goes hungry on an NCL cruise, well lets just say, it's not NCL's fault.

I can't say enough good things about the ship or the crew or the cruiseline in general. We will definitely be cruising NCL again in the futre. I would say our next one, however, we had our next cruise booked before booking this one. Our next cruise is with Carnival. Carnival as well is great. I am not able to compare cruiselines to which is better, as they are both great, they have different themes and amentities however, both are equal on the comparison scale when trying to compare which one is better.
