Crew was friendly and professional and overal service was good, not excellent. Staff cuts have impacted the product. Stateroom and MDR stewards are overworked and this is reflected in attention to detail.
Entertainment was the best we have had in 20+ cruises. All the venues were fun with engaged entertainers, whether it was the Vista Showroom, Ocean Bar, Piano Bar, or Crows Nest.
Food quality and presentation was excellent in MDR, Lido and P Grill.
Free Digital Workshop was well done, good content and quality presentation.
Pub Crawl during week 2 was outstanding. (No crawl week 1)
Three areas of concern.
1. Service in MDR was weak. Long gaps between courses, dirty dishes not cleared, water refills impossible. We had AYW dining, others in fixed indicated that their service was much better.
2. No trays in Lido resulted in multiple trips before you could sit down.
3. Minimum bets at the table games in the casino were $10. Too aggressive to simply play for fun and the staff was not engaged.
