This was a first cruise for my family and was to be a last big vacation for us before our kids are off to college. All we heard were GREAT things about cruises, how you are waited on hand and foot staff is at your beckon-call.

WELL LET ME TELL YOU NOT ON THE MARINER OF THE SEAS!!!. First of all the staff is rude it's a sure thing they do not like their jobs until TIP TIME. Even then its not a 100%.

Second food was not even mediorce like I read prior to my review. If I wanted to eat @ IHOP or Dennys I would have saved $1400.00. We heard food was everywhere on these ships you never went w/o. NOT ON THE MARINER OF THE SEAS. This was our main concern since we had 3 teenagers and a 9 yr old. As most normal parents know kids want to eat real food every 1/2 hr. Not just dried up sandwiches and frozen pizza for 8 days.
