geez where do i begin ... ok , my family and i have cruised and set sail on many cruise lines before but MSC is definately the WORST ever ... Our dream vacation was completely ruined by the horrible cruise line. From the moment of checking in they put you in 3 different waiting rooms that you dont feel like being in , especially after flying all the way to ft lauderdale from california grabbing your luggage finding a way to the port all you want to do is to get into your cabin and rest but MSC wants to put you into 3 different waiting rooms before you even get to get into your cabin . The worst customer service i have ever seen in my entire life is on board this ship , the food is horrible , the staff members are all perverted men who couldnt stop staring at my wifes breasts , there is NO comedy show , they serve the SAME food everyday for lunch , be ready for hamburgers , hot dogs , and french fries EVERYDAY ... EVER SINGLE DAY ! Food is NOT available when your hungry , they have a scheduled time for the horrible buffet and if your two minutes late you wont eat, they want you to eat when THEY want you to eat , instead of having different islands for the buffet line they have just ONE line for the buffet so it literally takes you 20 minutes of standing in back of all the senior citizens and slow people before you actually get your food , if you ask for water they WILL tell you to get up and get it yourself , the cups are the size of a small dixie cup , however there are waiters standing by to take a drink order if you'd like to pay 3 dollars for a soda pop . Since you are on their schedule for their lousy buffet , there are SO many people trying to dine at once so you are constantly surrounded by people bumping into you cutting in line and most tables are not available because of it . I requested an ocean view room but they gave me an inside cabin that was horrible and had NO room whatsoever , i had no window so i never knew what time of the day it was when i woke up in the morning , my wife fell down the stairs and sprained her ankle because the stairs were wet by them spraying it down and not putting up a yellow caution sign , they took her to the hospital on the ship and they gave her a broken wheelchair with flat tires , we then requested a handicapped room so we could get access to our room and they said NO . They have NO nighttime activities at all , the jacuuzi and pool is closed by 6:30-7pm ( its not even dark) ... One night when their disgusting pizza buffet closed at 10:30 sharp and elderly man asked for a slice of pizza because he was starving and needed food to take with his medication , they told him NO ... I ended up giving him a slice of MY pizza . I felt like i was giving food to the homeless , the elderly man wasn't homeless , he's supposed to be on a cruise !!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO ON MSC .
