Embarcation: Very easy and well organized embarkation in Miami.
Stateroom: We were at the aft of the ship with a veranda (balcony) and had butler service. This was an upgrade that we really appreciated. Our butler went above and beyond to help us. I had forgotten cufflinks and buttons for my tux and the butler gave me some of his.
Food: The buffets were nothing special but the main dining room had excellent food. The wait staff were all very nice and attentive.
Spa: We checked out the spa but the services were rather expensive so we passed.
Staff: Overall we thought the staff to be awesome.
Shows: We went to a few shows and thoroughly enjoyed them. High production levels for the singers/dancers. Lisa the cruise director was also very talented.
