We had my Dad drive us down to the Baltimore port about hour and half-left our house at 11:00 am-made good time-had good weather too! Wish my parents would have went along-but.....................we got on the ship rather quickly. Headed to the Lido deck for lunch-had some of that and checked out the area there-got into our room by 3:30 or so. It had a queen size bed and two bunk beds-of course the kids loved that. I unpacked a little then we headed out to the Muster drill-after that we wondered around checking out the ship-locating different areas. Went to dinner at 6:00 in the dining room-it was nicely decorated-the kids of course did not want to sit still-we were seated at a table for 8 but the other people never showed up. So we ate and then went to the show. That was on a Sunday- by Monday the seas were rocking and it was windy and cold. Sterling, our 4 yr old got sick, it didn't faze Grace, our 2 yr old. Butch & I were a little nauseous. So we spent alot of that day in the room snoozing and watching cartoons. :O) By Tues. the rocking subsided a little-they had a covered pool-so it was warmer in there-we went swimming for a little that day. Of course we ate alot-but I didn't gain any weight-YEA! We tried to watch some of the shows-when kids would sit still. Went to Karaoke a few nights-sang a few songs. On Wed. we were ported in Port Canaveral, Florida from 7 am -7 pm-got a taxi to the Brevard zoo- nice little zoo- kids enjoyed it-they fed a giraffe and some lorikeets (birds), it was nice to get off the ship-we made it back to the ship and went to dinner-it was the same time every night (6:00). It was a little cool in Florida in the shade-not sure of the temp. ON Thur. we were in Nassau, Bahamas from 10-9pm, it was warmer there-water was a little cool till you got wet and used to it. We took a taxi to Paradise Island and from there a ferry to Blue lagoon island to play with the dolphins. WOW-that was cool-- It was a beautiful place-no waves-clear water-sun, sun ,sun. Wish we had more time there-the last ferry left a 4:00-so we had to go back then- we went to the ship and got cleaned up and went to dinner. Then watched the people wonder back on the ship. On Fri. we were in Freeport, Bahamas from 7-2, now did I mention the kids were staying up till like midnight every night? Well they did not want to get up early so we didn't get of the ship till like 10:30-took a taxi to Our Lucaya area went to the beach there for about an hour-it was nice there-there was some waves there-Sterling liked them-they also had a water trampoline-

we made our way back to the ship-cause it left at 2:00 and you have to be back on board by 1:30. When we got back on the ship we went to the water slide that they have on board-Sterling was loving it till somehow he got turned around and hit the water at the bottom face first. LOL Of course they use salt water from the ocean-so it wasn't to nice-we made our way to the kiddie pool for a little while then down to shower for dinner. They had alot of nice food on the ship too. Always eating it seemed. LOL Nothing fancy needed for us-seemed we ate alot of pizza! Kids ate alot of fries too! We deff. went through the milk, between Hubby and the kids, day & night. We just asked them there at the dessert bar for the milk. We thought everyone was very nice on board. I would cruise again out of Baltimore just not in the winter months. Shoot I'm ready to go now!! Hope you all enjoy your cruise!! I'm ready to go again! Debbie

Cabin Review

Cabin Ins

Our room was great-wish we had booked one closer to the middle of the ship-to be closer to the food-seemed we walked the whole length of the ship several times every day.
