We arrived in San Juan on Friday stayed at the Sheraton Old San Juan great location but the hotel is VERY busy.We did a rain forest tour in San Juan the tour was a good time.We got on the ship at 2:30 on Sunday and our room was ready when we boarded it was our first time in a suite it was ocean suite and the extra space was worth the extra money for the upgrade. The ship is starting to look and fell it's age a lot of areas are needing paint and some of the carpets had patches in another color but the ship was always clean. There was lot of rust almost anywhere you look when you were on the outside areas of the ship. The food on the ship was pretty good but the service in the formal dining room was very poor drinks were always empty and it took way to long to get anything you asked for like more rolls and drink refills. The shows where all pretty good and good quality. The room staff were GREAT they all know you by your first name right from the start and they took care of our needs even before we would ask.
