This was our 15th cruise and 5th on Princess. We booked a suite for the second time - enjoy the extra space when our son joins us. Usually we get a minisuite. Our room steward was superb. However, we encountered rude behavior in other areas of the ship. Talking to others on the ship, we were not the only ones who felt this way. We were snapped at by three different crew members. Because we were in a suite, we were suppose to be contacted by someone to schedule our dinner times. Never happened. I would be on the phone each morning trying to get dinner reservations for anytime dining. Often, I would be disconnected. (That was better than never receiving our wake-up call). After being told to talk to the maitre d', I tried that approach. He told me he didn't have time to talk to me. Next night, my husband had the same experience. Also, saw this same rudeness in the theatre when I asked for help finding seats, I was told to say "please". Strange!!

Selection of food very poor and quality below what we had on other Princess cruises. Tried Horizon court and difficult to get through lines and food selection just average.

My overall reaction to this cruise was "who is in charge" Definitely a top down problem. Rudeness seems to be tolerated and expectations are low. Would never want to take a cruise with this personnel!!!

Cabin Review

suite

Our balcony on the Caribe deck was great. Dolphin suite had a very narrow balcony. Room has lots of storage. Love the separate shower/bath and walk-in closet.
