Ship Facts: Carnival Victory Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Carnival Victory Deck Plans
What a pleasant suprise this cruise was. I can only say every negative review I read was WRONG! I think the competitors may be entering reviews?

We arrived on the ship around 3:00. Boarding took less than 10 minutes! We followed the cruise diva's advice and took carry on luggage only. This is the way to go!! Buffet lines were never long. The food was excellent. We have traveled on 5 cruises. We have even traveled on this ship and thought it was better than 4 years ago. Cabin: first time we have ever tried an inside cabin. For the savings in $ it is worth it. With no windows, we slept sooo good! No noise was noted in hallways and noted in past reviews.

St. Thomas we stayed on the ship and recouped from a long day of travel. Dominica - Kayak to ocean through carnival was a bit boring. I would not recommend the tour. Barbados - My husband did the rum tour and there was not as much rum tasting as he would have hoped for. St. Lucia -Cosul tours was the highlight of our trip. We saw so many beautiful things, drank so much rum, and ate and ate and ate! Would not hesitate in recommending this tour company St. Kitts - Snorkeling through carnival. The catamaran ride is beautiful and worth the $ but the snorkeling is nothing to brag about. We just went back to the catamaran and enjoyed the sun. St.Martin - Oriental beach. A six dollar taxi ride is very easy. Beautiful beaches and a fun way to end our trip.

The happy hour casino was a blast. We had a group of 10 that gambles frequently so we might have hogged the three dollar poker table! Paul the pit boss was so fun! Free sushi in the casino was yummy. This itinerary is perfect. The temp was about 80 everyday. The triton pool gets a bit loud as they play movies on the big screen very loudly! The Siren pool was a nice get away a few times when it was really loud. USDA is no big hassle when you return through the airport. The had airport employees at the dood instructing you. Great Vacation
