We were looking for a short cruise to break up our Disney vacation. We spent 2 days at Disney, cruised for 4 days, and then spent another 3 days at Disney. Honestly, the kids loved cruising as much as Disney (if not more). And we the parents loved the cruise for some relaxation and child-free time while the kids were at Camp Carnival.
The ship was in great shape and the decor was fine. The Waterworks on the top deck was wonderful for the kids and had lots of chairs for parents to sun while the kids played. There was only one pool and there was a hot tub on either side of the pool. This area was way too crowded and there were always at least 10 kids in each hot tub during the day. If an adult wanted to use a hot tub, there hot to go to Serenity Now area.
We had an inside quad cabin to save money. There was plenty of storage, however, the two fold down beds came out over the queen bed. My daughter must have bumped her head 10 times on the fold down beds. The cabin was cramped, but not a deal breaker - we asked for it by booking a cheaper inside room.
