First let me say that I am a "Diamond Member" of RCI so we cruise quite frequently. We were very excited about cruising on this new big ship but boy oh boy were we in for culture shock. The food was terrible and our head waiter was even worse. Some of the food dishes tasted like processed food. I had to keep asking for water and when it came time for desert they forgot to bring my wife's until everyone was almost done with others at the table. This time we travelled with a large family group and most all agreed that the food, service and entertainment was much better on other ships. The cruise director was also mediocre. To be quite honest, I may try NCL for my next cruise.

Something to keep in mind is that these big mega ships do come with their downfalls some which I have mentioned above. If you don't mind cafeteria food and run of the mill service, then you won't be disappointed.
