As a treat, due to having had a very bad year. We went, with my husband parents on this cruise. I would plead with anyone who has booked or even thinking about going on this ship- DON"T! Not only was it a waste of our hard earned money - Myself and my family have been really poorly, from being on this ship- Poorly enough to be told I would have to be admitted to hospital If I did not start to improve. I have had to have more than 2 weeks off work through the viruses (yes I do mean viruses) I have picked up on board. My poor mother in law is still not well enough to leave the house, and it is now the end of January. Not only was the ship dirty,the carpets worn and rubber edging on the stairs leading from the lookout bar missing and dangerous. The toilets were blocked for days, the heating and air conditioning was not working properly.

The food was basic- I cannot cook BUT I could have done better, that's IF you could get past the serial eaters AND been able to find a table clean enough to eat at. The entertainment was basic and aimed at the bingo, quiz player line dancers - not what we expected On departing the ship we found our suitcases damaged and after complaining to the cruise director we got given a bit of duct tape to strap around the case and told to report it at the airport NICE! - basically the attitude was your had your holiday now Naff Off. All in all I would class this holiday A true hidy hi experience - NEVER TO BE DONE AGAIN!!!!
