Overall an excellent cruise ....good embarkment/disembarkment, nice cabin, love freestyling lunchs/dinner, great shows and very friendly staff.
Getting onboard was well within 45 mins of arrival at about 12 noon .... heard that there was a computer glitch and some passengers arriving after 1.30pm had to wait 2 hours. Love the ease of disembarkment .... at least 2 doors at all times and first come first serve ... unlike the past July Mediterranean cruise we took (Costa Serena .... which takes a minimum 2-3 hours to board and color coded disembarkment ... basically priority to the higher paying suites then last to the inside cabins) At deck 4 expect to hear the sea waves .... we love this soothing sound and hence no problem here. Also being at deck 4, exit to shore excursion is just less than 75 feet away (far enough from the noise and busyness) and great access location to exit fast on any port call.
My cabin has a port hole (oceanview?) and it helps to ascertain weather condition, daylight or nightime by peeking out of the windows ... like most cruise cabin - NO clocks.

Cabin TV channels is crabby ... Most cruise ship internal channels and only CNN is useful.
One great thing - Internet access in the cabin. Bring your own cat5 cable/netbook and plug into the wall under the TV and viola! you have internet access ... good speed for cruise ship .... of course expensive at $0.40 to $70/min depending on your plan.
