We entered the ship on the first day and enjoyed a great lunch. Our first night at the dinner table was frustrating as our assistant waiter could not understand english. We didn't get what we asked for. The second night was the same and my husband spoke with the Head Waiter. We then were greeted by a new assistant waiter who was excellent. Our main waiter just didn't seem to be "into" his job. He just went through the routine, not much of a personality. Our cabin guy smelled horrible and although we barely ever saw him we knew when he had been in our cabin. The ship is beautiful and I have northing negative to say about it. The other very disappointing thing was the port and shopping guide information. My daughter and I decided to do this as it looked like it would help us shop better and we could get alot of free stuff. Well first you sit through 2 hours of advertising and hype then you are told to buy the book for 25.00 and oh you had better hurry because there are only 200 of these books which I now believe is a crock. I felt like I was caught up in buying a used car. When we got off the ship she was handing out all the coupons we would need. I was extremely disappointed with it.
