We are a family of 8 (2 married children, one in college and 13 yr. old). My fifth cruise, second on Celebrity (Summit 2002 Alaska). I have never written a review, but I hope I will do this justice.

We booked 4 cabins (C-2) as a Christmas gift to our family (we surprised the 13 year old on Christmas morning...he doesn't get to see his older siblings very often, as they live in other cities).

We all flew from various places and gathered on Jan 2, 2010 at Best Western Airport South (1900 Stirling Road). I will not go into the long drawn out story, but will say that it took us over 5 hours to finally get all 3 rooms. Our room had only one towel and when we inquired about more we were told they were out. During our 5 hour wait(we finally called our credit card company to prove we had rooms) we encountered many guests who were given keys to rooms that had not been cleaned or rooms that were already occupied. Guests were returning to the lobby because keys that once worked no longer gave them access to their rooms. It was a three ring circus in which the front desk was the ring-master! Our confirmation numbers and print outs meant nothing.
