My husband and I was very disappointed with the cruise. I guess we were expecting what we have had on previous cruises with Princess. It was almost all Australians which was fine only if they would have been younger. We were very bored with the activites. Nothing for our age group 60's. The shows were ok but we have seen better on other Princess ships. The food was good but not much variety. Alot of fish and lamb. The buffet was ok expect no good fruit. The drinks were very weak and high priced. We went on alot of shore excurions. Very overpriced. We would say this cruise was very overpriced. We didn't think we got our monies worth. All money was in australian dollars. We ask on the ship if they could transfer our american dollars into australian money. They said no. We would have to go to a bank. How could we go to a bank when we were on shore excursions during the day. Wasn't very happy about that. The laundrymat was dangerous. Alot of fights in there. Go in there at your own risk. Never seen anything like it.

There are a few good things about the cruise. We had an excellent room stewart, Lewis,. He was always smiling and glad to see us. The wait staff in the dining room was excellent also. They both did a good job for us. We did before the end of the cruise met a few people our age. There wasn't many americans on board but we did met a few. Overall the cruise was for the older people. If you want to really relax and don't care if you have anything to do this would be the cruise for you. If you like to dance drink and stay up late forget it. Everything closes early.

Cabin Review

Cabin b

Cracker box so small. A very tiny closet and bathroom. If you were a big person you couldn't turn around.Very small balcony. Mid-ship cabin which was nice.
