Our extended family recently spent a week on your Caribbean Princess. We have cruised on Princess several times before (Alaska and Caribbean) and did not think twice about going with your company once again. However, I believe I can confidently say that we will not be back and, based on the other cruise guests I spoke with during the week and on the flight home (including a Platinum level cruiser), I believe I speak for them as well.

I work for a major corporation that lives or dies with customer service and I know that we treat customer issues seriously. EMBARKATION - GOOD: We arrived at the port and our baggage was easily collected by the porters. We were then directed to the queuing area and we took a seat. They then released each row once they line was ready.
