There is not much to say. Overall we had a great vacation. But the ship is not more than a 3 stars worth.
Dining: We had dining in the upstairs restaurant. Waiters were smiling, but had no idea how to serve properly and did not speak English at all (like most of the crew) Food was tasteless and presentation bad. Wines not too bad. The Caesar Salad was really something: 5 salad leaves and 3 old croutons.
Food at the Lido was as tasteless and there were always big lines!
Public Rooms: nice looking but very cold! The aft deck was terrible! Waiters were trying to sell drinks all day. Nobody to clean and make the deck looks nice. Food from the morning was there all day (ending on the floor). Chairs were cheap and taken by old towels.
Cabin: Good size suite. The airco was spelling water. Cupboards smelly (but plenty). Bathroom looking tired. Closet did not work always proper. Never saw room steward, but it was always clean.
The Neptune More Lounge (opposite the room). Very good for small breakfast and very helpful staff
Entertainment: not worth to talk about. Very very average.
Shore excursions: It looked they never had done it before (Panama). Two were cancelled (last minute).
Management: Captain and Hotel Manager did their job without notable joy. New Years Eve they were sitting together on the aft deck were the party didn't take place. Daily information was very boring. Cruise director below average.
We also had cabin SS 8065, same remarks. You can always send an email for more information. Less
