We looked so forward to the cruise, and like many were booked on the pride of america, and then it sunk. I must say I would rather have had the cruise cancelled all together than have had the bad cruise that we had. This was our first and our one in a lifetime chance to enjoy ourselves now that the children are grown and we are retired.
It was all bad. We waited in long lines for bad food, or no food. (Pizza was the only thing available 24 hours). When we got off the ship, I was glad. Everyone was in a bad mood, service was bad, but they did try. Drinks were not that good for the price.
Entertainment director got on my last nerve. I feel that everyone on that ship should have some kind of compensation. We regrettably feel that we were ripped off. I don't think I could in good conscience recommend your cruise line to anyone.
