Check-In

Since we arrived in San Juan via a red-eye from LAX, we were concerned about where to leave our luggage so we could explore San Juan before boarding. We were told by a phone agent prior to the cruise that we could definitely not board until 5:30 p.m. Why Celebrity "misinforms" it's guests about this is a mystery to us. In reality the ship began boarding about 1:00 p.m. We were also given 3 different answers about early luggage check-in by three different agents prior to leaving for the cruise. This made it difficult to make plans for our time in San Juan prior to departure. Boarding itself was somewhat chaotic with little or no communication between Celebrity and it's passengers.
