Our family of 8 cruised the Elation over Christmas 2009. We enjoyed it and would recommend it. As a bit of background we are experienced cruises, have done one CCL, several RCCL, one NCL and 4 HAL. Our family ranged from 15 yo to 67 yo.

Our cabin was OV on the Rivera deck 220. Fine cabin. Not a big fan of orange, but it was clean and well kept. the bathroom was large and had plenty of storage, the shower pressure was good. Plenty of closet storage, robes for your use (please do NOT take them to the buffet....really??). The bed was comfortable and the linens nice. We did not have a flat screen TV, but it was fine. The window was good size and provided us with day light and good views since we were port side.

The cabin was in good shape and kept clean. I was not personally a fan of the decor, a bit orange and flasy for me, but to eachthere own.
