This was our 8th Carnival Cruise and as always..we had a blast. Embarkation & disembarkation were the smoothest to date. We were on the Lido deck by 11:30 with a DOD in hand. By 1pm we were in our rooms. Unpacked and at dinner by 6pm. We had an aft room with the bigger balcony. We LOVE the view from the back. We love to be on our balcony when we enter & sail away from the ports. And we like to sit out on the balcony just before we go to bed and to have room service bring us a pot of coffee in the mornings to enjoy on the balcony. We love the days at sea and having 4 of them was wonderfully relaxing for us. We also picked this cruise because the 3 ports were all new to us. We did Carnival's excursion and went through the Panama Canal. Never in my life did I imagine that I would do that. It was very interesting. We shopped right at the port in Cost Rica and came back to the ship for lunch and spent the afternoon in the adult pool drinking Pina Coladas. Great day! We went on the snorkeling & beach excursion in Belize. The sun did not come out put we had a great time anyway. Who can't have fun on the beach??? Carnival always makes sure that your rooms are perfect and your dining experiences are the best. The Miracle excelled at both. We will keep cruising with Carnival because I feel like we always get our monies worth. And we would love to go on a back to back on the Miracle sometime in the near future.
