First, let me start off by admitting. I am spoiled rotten. I havent had such a terrific vacation in years. This ship offers such a wide variety of activities to choose from there's no reason to even get off the ship during ports of call days. The stateroom was more than adequate with few nice enhancements to the room since the last time I cruised on Royal. First was the nice widescreen flat panel LCD tv. Was about 40" and had a standard variety of SD Cable/Satellite programming. In addition to the On Screen Interactive capabilities (there is a keyboard which comes with the TV so you can sign up for wireless internet or use the TV itself to surf the web) , the TV also allows you to sign up for activities and reserve a table at any one of the several specialty restaurants on board. There is also a built in calendar feature which shows you the customized itinerary for your trip and you can add to it at any time, anything you want. Lets see, when talking about the neighborhood concept, I felt very much drawn to two locations in particular. 1) Entertainment place, which featured the Studio B, Comedy Club , Jazz on 4, and the Casino - awesome Casino, although they could have sprung a few extra bucks for some more of the super enhanced slots like they have at Wynn and MGM in Vegas. 2) Boardwalk, which features the Carousel, Shops, Seafood Shack, Art Auction, Photo Portrait Studio, and Aqua Theater. The Aqua Show Oasis of Dreams is a must see and has some amazingly talented divers , most of whom are not too bad to look at. Overall, nothing I can complain about this cruise. I loved it so much, I am going again!! This coming week. See you later, and have fun on Oasis of the Seas

Cabin Review

Cabin D

Closet does have noisy hangers at first, so make sure to take them down, or hang your clothes on them!! Closet doors are sliding doors with a really neat feature to keep them closed a sort of pressure point when you close them. Also, there are no life vests in the cabin. A terrific space saver. Cabin comforts are wonderful. I have heard that other cruisers complained about not having enough storage space. Simply not true. There is plenty and more. Bathroom is the new Voyager class and above standard. Small shower, but not too small. Small sink, but again, just fine. Was an issue with the cold water but then they fixed it part way through the cruise. Cannot hear a peep from the neighbors. Good sound proofing.
