We are a couple in our early 30's from Australia
This is our third major cruise, with the previous being with P & O around the Pacific and Carnival around Europe.
The MSC Splendida took us on a 11 night eastern mediteranean cruise commencing in Barcelona and visiting the ports of Genoa, Olympia, Athens, Rhodes, Alexandria, Crete, Messina, Naples and finishing back in Genoa.
Cabin Review
We stayed in cabin 11031 on level 11 - Caravaggio. This was an inside cabin. The cabin was in a brilliant location towards the front of the ship on a high level. The elevator and stairs were close by and we only had to walk down one straight corridor - which saved on confusion. The cabin itself was the largest that we have stayed in aboard a ship (even larger than some hotel rooms) and had abundant wardrobe space. The bathroom was very practical and also had more than enough shelving and cupboard space. The bed and pillows was soo comfy. There was a hairdryer provided in the room which would rival those used in a professional hair salon and minibar prices were more than reasonable. Our cabin attendants were very friendly and unobtrusive and the cabin was always spotless.
