Sail Date: Dec 2009
Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Embarkation: We arrived at Port Canaveral at 11:45 AM. Doors opened at 12:00 Noon and we were enjoying lunch in the Windjammer by 12:30 PM. Overall the process was efficient.

Our stateroom was available at 1:00 PM and we arrived at 1:30. Our stateroom attendant was better than most that we've experienced on other cruises (our tip reflected this). The room was spacious, in good repair, and very clean. Only experienced one problem - that being the remote for the TV. (Problem addressed by staff) Everything - ice, room cleaning, and the towel animals were handled 1st class.

Dinning room - Seated at Table 414. We requested a large table. Since we were planning to go to Portofinos and Chops, we wanted to ensure that our table mates would not be left stranded at the table. Well we were placed at a table for six. But only four of us were ever there. We asked the Head Waiter to find others but to no avail. Some EXTRA service should be extended to ensure that tables are filled. LET'S GET MOVING ON THIS RCI! The wait staff was super. The meals were very good. I can never understand just what people expect when they find the meals substandard.
