we have cruised Ocean Village, Thomsons, airtours and P&O - thought we'd give RCCL a go and I personally was quite excited after reading the reviews.
PROs - great food, dining service excellent, good cabins
cons- MANY!!!! - be very careful about your flight times RCCL throw u off the ship as early as 7am -we were in airport 9.30 and flight wasn't until 3.45 (others were as late as 7pm!!!) - friends had hotel in Portugal and had to be off ship by 7am!!
DRINKS- extortionate!!! approx £10 for 1 beer & Vodka & diet coke. Trips ridiculous prices-so much so no-one went on them.
entertainment- BORING!!! been on many cruise ships and this was by far the worst ever
really don't know why people rate RCCL so much - only advantage to Ocean Village is the formal dining
