We are senior citizens so our cruise was probably tamer than a lot of others. This is the first time we've sailed out of Tampa. We live only an hour away so it was very nice to have our son drive us to the port. This was our 10th cruise with Carnival so now we're "platinum". We received several nice little gifts. The crew on the Legend were great. Usually the matre"d's seem a little aloof. Not this one. He was all over, visiting all the tables, wearing a different wig each night during show time. He really made a hit with everyone.I thought all of the food in the buffet was very good and a lot of choices. We enjoyed all the shows. The two with the Carnival singers and dancers were exceptionally good. Personally, I didn't care for the decor of the ship. Somebody really got carried away with gray urns and antique paintings. On Grand Cayman we took the island tour - saw 7 mile beach, Hell, turtle farm and several large resorts. Cozumel we just shopped in the new port area since we have been there before. Belize we stayed on the ship. Again, we have been there before and it was an overcast day. Our favorite port is Roatan. Such a beautiful place. We took an island tour again and saw places we hadn't seen before. Before long, it will change - this time we saw a Wendy's and Applebee's. I kind of hate to see it change. The only real complaint I had was people above letting their balcony door slam very early in the morning. We're not early risers and that was really annoying.
