This was our second time in Grand Cayman. For this cruise we decided not to waste money in a Grand Cayman excursion and we simply took a cab to the 7 miles beach. We shared a cab (van style) and it cost us 7$ for my wife and I... This was by far the best beach we had in the whole cruise trip.    
Unfortunately we got a big rain shower in the middle of the afternoon so we headed back to the cruise port. Arrived there the sun came back... too bad for the beach time, so we went shopping around before we took the tender back to the boat. There was a long waiting line to get tendered back.  

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

I cannot really comment on Roatan. Unfortunately it poored rain all day long and we got our excursion to the beach cancelled. We got our money back...    
We just did some shopping around the pier.... A day lost for us.  

Roatan

First time in Belize. We took the Turneffe snorkeling excursion with Carnival with the 1pm departure. What a nice excursion... Time just went too fast... A bit expensive (70$ each), but this was our only excursion in the cruise anyway.    
They pick you up directly from the cruise ship, so no need to take tender boats to Belize City. After the snokeling time they bring you to Banister island. You have about 1h there to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach... Very nice site! Then on your way back to the cruise ship, you have free rum punch. And you can take as many as you want.... My wife got a feeling there.

Belize City

The port of Cozumel is simply amazing. Carnival spent a great deal of money building this brand new pier. Very nice site... They also have lots of stores where you can get T-Shirts, jewelery, liquors and other souvenirs. Good price...     
We shared a cab with 2 girls and went to Paradise Beach. It cost 13$ for the taxi ride... So it's pretty cheap when you share it. The beach isn't really nice in Cozumel. Brown sand, lots of debris on the beach and in the water was rocky. The place is really nice, but I've seen way better beaches in my life. At Paradise beach they will ask you to spend at least 10$ each if you want chair & umbrellas. Nice place to deal for souvenirs with the beach vendors. We got a nice mask for 32$.  

Cozumel

The location is perfect. Very close to the atrium elevators on the 8th floor. Easy access and quiet.

The Valor is a nice ship.Of course we didn't get the "wow factor" we had on our first cruise because we already knew what the ship looks like.
