Made my own arrangements to travel to Spain - Monarch from Luton, then 3 nights at the Sol Aloha Puerto Sol at Torremolinos.

Took a taxi from Torremolinos direct to the Port (35 Euro) arriving at the terminal around 13:00 Hrs. Confusion rained - caused primarily by the port police insisting on the Taxi drivers depositing their passengers at the opposite end of the terminal from where the end of the queue was. Mind you the queue moved well, and the check in was equally quick - 35 minutes from joining the queue to exiting the terminal.

So to the ship herself. Cabin was a good size, mid ship starboard, and was available on arrival. Went up on deck for a drink, to them main pool bar, not well stocked, offered a Bud special at the princely sum of $6:00 including service. Still there are other bars. Next to the Windjammer, good layout and although busy found a table with little effort.

Cabin Review

Cabin Bal

Good sized room, balcony good, pretty quiet location, amidships, never heard the thrusters once.
