Who we are - 15 women aged 18-58 from Boston. Last year 8 of us cruised on Royal Caribbean Splendor of the Seas. We were very worried about what the cruise would be like after reading the reviews.
This ship was more organized than some others as far as getting on and off the ship. The photo people were rude to everyone! But don't let this deter you! The staff is very pleasant.
We were concerned about not being able to sign up for excursions ahead of time, but unlike other cruise lines you could simply fill out a form and the tickets were delivered to your room. Tours were great! All but one were English only. Try to take time to walk around the places you are docked. We would stop for a glass of beer or wine and some local dishes before getting back on the ship. We were never disappointed by the people or the food.
