This was only our second ever cruise, first last year was also with RCI (Voyager of the Seas). Legend is a smaller ship, around 2,000 passengers so the shops on board were not so good and there was no boulevard as such but we preferred the smaller ship overall.

Very long wait for one of our suitcases on day one, some people were still waiting for their luggage at 11.00 pm. Our passports were taken away from us for over a week, we know this is standard practice but we took photocopies with us in case something happened on shore.

My Time dining worked very well, we booked every night's dinner time as soon as we boarded and we noted very long queues every night for people who didn't do this. The My Time tables were placed around the outside of the dining room on Deck 5 so you always had a reasonable view of the sea while you were eating. We weren't given the same table every night but 9 nights out of 12 we were located in the same section so we got to know the waiters.

Cabin Review

Cabin Bal

7020. Seemed bigger cabin on Legend than on Voyager. Balcony furniture comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom small as expected but lots of storage space.Shower had a curtain which was not as efficient as Voyager which had a glass door. TV not flat screen.Cabin was very close to lifts and stairs which was good and not noisy at all.
