We were on the ultimate caribbean cruise this past March. It was a very good cruise, great decor and an unbelievable ship for kids. Seeing as i'm a kid myself i can comment and tell you a bit about the ship from a kid's perspective.

The whole design of the ship, throughout the cruise ship was great. Very flashy, lots of glass, just all round nice. We travelled with 6 people. Myself and my cousin had our own room, my parents had their own, and my aunt and uncle had theirs. We did not see our parents very much for the whole cruise, just in ports, and even those days we sorta went on our own in the ports. The very first day we went to the Optix teens thing and it was well worth it. We met probably 15 people all from around the world and hung out with them every day. This had been my sixth cruise and this was by far the best just simply because of all the people we met! I usually don't like sea days that much, because they can get quite boring but not this time around, i was wishing there were more than four. I advise you if you have kids in their teens like myself to let them go on their own and meet kids, because they probably will and therefore enjoy there cruise to the max!

The seaview cafe was awesome, we went there every night of the cruise at about 12-1 and had whatever we wanted! (*note* the brownies are really good! haha) One thing i didn't like at all on this cruise were some of the rules. Teens weren't allowed in the solarium, and it was kinda stupid because the two hot tubs aren't even hot at all! The only hot one was in the solarium and we weren't allowed in! Technically i wasn't allowed in the hot tubs period because im not 16! Really, you now have to be 16 to enter a hot tub? I have one at home, how ridiculous is that? I guess i got away with it pretty easily cause i do look older than i actually am (im 14 by the way) and so i just said they were 16 and they didn't care or give me a hard time about it.
