Internet was terrible even with assistance onboard!! Shows and entertainment were subpar for any cruise line!!!!! The concierge service is non-existant--never available or do not have answers or make no effort to help. Reception almost as inept.--they need lessons from ritz hotels!! however, the cuisine and food service was excellent in the grand dining room and all specialty restaurants except polo (disappointing). Culinery classes were surprisingly excellent. Art class fun. Cabin service was excellent. More specifically, the solo singers had worn off pitch voices and emptied their venues. Also kereoke in a main lounge for the evening entertainment-really? Entertainment was not describeable by the booking agent and now see why!! On a luxury cruise first class entertainment is expected and found on most other cruise lines. We have cruised over 20 times on many lines!! High speed internet should be universally available and included in the cruise pricing for all on the ship.

Cabin A1

Adequate. Excellent bed and pillows. Small shower. Lighting in bathroom should be brighter. 110 us plug in bathroom would be helpful. Also, lounge chairs on the veranda would be an improvement. Cabin service was very good.
