I travelled alone and booked an inside cabin, Deck 11. The embarcation was easy and I didn't have to wait long to board. My cabin was spotless and comfortable though I realised on the first night it is not a good idea to book a cabin under a popular cafe - unfortunately noise from trolleys, footsteps and general heavy movements disturbed my sleep. I reported this to reception , to Jumphot Nakrob, I could not have had more help despite the ship being full. I was promptly moved to Deck 5, inside cabin which was absolutely fine! I was very impressed by Jumphot, his poilteness and friendly, efficient manner. I received a complimentary speciality restaurant dinner, red wine and gorgeous chocolate dipped strawberries!! 5 star service!

The ship was excellent - clean, well run, well organised, polite, efficient staff in public areas, bars, restaurants and entertainment! I had an excellent steward for my cabin, Pradesh who could not have been more helpful and cheerful. The theatre shows in the evening were exceptional!! Very varied acts, fantastic costumes/make up - a wonderful production each evening!

The restaurants were beautifully appointed and staff most helpful and polite. The food was of a great standard. Read more
