ROOM 11772 (BAD GIRLS CLUB)

The two ladies in room 11772 (next to our room) for the first 2 nights between 2am-3am would yell at other and swear up a storm with verbal threats to do harm to each other. The first night one girl was upset that the other girl brought a man to their room. This went on for 45mins. Both ladies sound intoxicated. The 2nd night they fought over why one girl wasn’t in love with her and not grateful that she paid for the room (again lots of verbal threats of physical harm). The 3rd night between 2am and 3am the girls physically fought on and off for 30mins. There were lots of slamming each other against the wall, slaps and punches thrown. It got much louder when they took it to their balcony (I thought one of them would throw the other overboard). I called front desk all three nights from the room phone and they did very little other than send housekeeping to check. I even went down to guest services to complain twice and they said that it’s proper protocol to send housekeeping before security. They said I couldn’t get a room move due to the ship being booked to full capacity (I never requested for a room move though). The girls continued to argue the other nights but no physical altercation. They were also not as loud as the first 3 nights. At this point I just gave up on guest services because they were of no assistance.
