The 3 day out of Miami is always an easy, affordable, way to vacation away from the 305. The staff on board are top notch. Friendly, courteous, and the food was much better than other RCI cruises we've taken. (we're diamond level so that says a lot). The food had much more flavor to it- chocolate tasted like chocolate, not cocoa flavored sugar.
There are some misses, however- The ship. This ship needs some attention. So many rust spots visible. How sad as a guest to see such little attention paid to upkeep. Railings with worn finish, planters with artificial flower PIECES. I mean, get rid of those pieces and fill it with rocks or a sculpture - anything. It looks trashy. Cabin, although clean and spacious, was worn and "used" looking. Wood finish was worn, wood base of balcony looked slapped on and cheap. The carpet was faded and worn. I'd love to say better things but the upkeep of the ship is just poor. In the main public areas inside it was generally a different story as it looked very nice and kept well. You can get free continental breakfast delivered to the room or pay for "hot" American Breakfast.

The room has a nearly full-size tub- bathroom is very spacious. There are two sitting chairs and a sofa-bed. There is plenty of storage in the room with tea kettle and coffee maker. The new Seattle's Best coffee is delicious, however, the creamers in the room are DISGUSTING. The balcony view is gorgeous. spacious with two chairs and table perfect for having breakfast on. We expected to hear noise from above but didn't hear any. Only occasionally during the day.
