Sail Date: Jun 2017

Having cruised with P&O on a number of previous occasions and experienced the well document decline in standards and quality I was apprehensive about choosing them again. However their prices are still a bit lower than the composition and the itinerary was ideal I decided to give them another go.

Compared to my last P&O cruise (a year ago) the difference was like night and day, from the evening entertainment to the evening meals and the levels of service offered.

Sure daytime entertainment was the usual affair with plenty of sales pitches and activities aimed at the 'older' passenger but as long as the sun is shinning all is well as you can avoid these.

Cabin Review

Cabin Standard Balcony

Cabin was clean and tidy as expected and location was fine.

Port Reviews

Lanzarote

I normally avoid the organised trips that P&O offer as they are way over priced and usually we do things on our own as it's more of an adventure.

Lanzarote is a lovely place to visit on a cruise.

Vigo

Small port with a little number of shops, nice for a couple of hours ashore

Lisbon

Love Lisbon, having been before like most of these ports , I like to roam around and explore new parts
