This was a fantastic cruise! Cruise Maryland was very easy to navigate and we were through and on-board VERY quickly. The staff was overall extremely friendly and warm. This ship, even though one of the oldest in RCCL's fleet at 1996, is in great shape and very clean and inviting. Captain Thor and his crew was very professional and accommodating. Highlights for us were the very spacious size of the Junior Suite (for the older bed, it was VERY comfortable and we also had a full-size tub with shower!), the nice room attendant and especially our waiter in Chops (the specialty steakhouse restaurant on-board), Agung, who provided us with a fantastic dining experience. The 9 ounce filet mignon was the best cut of meat I have ever tasted. Although we only had 25 hours on the island, the staff provided great excursions and the Dockyard was very easy to navigate, including all forms of public transportation around the island. We were VERY fortunate to enjoy seeing the boats and crews of the America's Cup races while there as well!
Spacious and well appointed. Balcony worth EVERY penny. Room to move and relax!
Extremely easy and organized both arriving for departure and returning to Baltimore at the end. Other than bumpy Baltimore roads, it was great!
The Dockyard and Kings Wharf was very easy to navigate and provided ample dining, shopping, and transportation options. We were one of two cruise ships in at the time, and I did not feel any issues with the added visitors to the area.
