Sail Date: Jun 2017

We were on the June 3rd sailing from Copenhagen - 9 night Baltic Capitals. Overall, the cruise was good with the itinerary/ports being the highlight by far. There were some minor issues with the cruise itself which I will touch on here, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying out trip. It was 3 of us including spouse and daughter who turned 16 on the cruise.

Precruise - we stayed two nights at the Hotel Christian IV. I highly recommend this hotel as the location is very good, it's affordable (for Copenhagen), and offers an excellent value. Would definitely stay there again.

Debarkation - overall very smooth. We shared a taxi with another couple from our roll call. Trip was smooth/quick and we were on the ship within about 30 minutes. Instead of fighting the masses at the buffet we decided to eat lunch in the MDR - I believe it was Taste that was open. One item that NCL does differently is they don't set up your shipboard account at check-in but request you handle this at guest services. This resulted in a very long line at guest services but overall it went quick. Still seemed strange to handle it this way.
