We had a really nice trip on the Westerdam. However, it is a far cry from the Holland America trips of the past and really leaves a lot of room for improvement.

Let's start with the good:

- Great cabin upgrade to the Neptune Suites. Really, these rooms look amazing. The difference in the decor is a great improvement! These cabins are by far our favorite (with the only exception being the Pinnacle Suite of course)

Cabin Review

Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite

Cabin SB

The cabin upgrades are really nice! We loved the look of the cabin, and the biggest thing that we loved was the upgraded television. No more tiny tv on the desk!!! HOORAY! We also loved the new fold out bed, as that was much more comfortable than one's we have had in the past. The new bed was hard, but we had no problem having our room stewards add some pads to it to make it soft enough. We love the Neptune Suites and prefer to travel in these cabins above anything else!
