Cabin: Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom
We chose this cruise because of itinerary. Wanted to sail from Vancouver on a round trip and visit Glacier Bay.
Flew to Vancouver non stop from Glasgow with Air Transat. Trip organised through Canadian Affair who also recommended a hotel in Vancouver for pre and post cruise stay. Rosedale on Robson. Very central. Ideal. Love Vancouver!
Made our own way from airport to hotel on sky train. Easy and cheap. Took taxi back for $30 dollars as husband not feeling very well. Hotel to ship and back by taxi. $7 out $10 back.

Cabin was reasonable size though wardrobes being opposite bathroom entrance a little awkward. Plenty storage. Bathroom functional and shower over bath suited us, as less likely to flood floor from shower! Towels lovely and big and soft. Balcony the smallest by far that we have had on a cruise but still welcome. Cabin and bathroom appearance okay but not striking. Did like huge tv though and efficient reading lights at bed.
