The itinerary was wonderful, the meals in the main dining rooms were okay, the buffet had good variety, but the new O'Sheeans was not up to par. In my opinion the Fish and Chips were almost inedible. The "going ashore" was very poorly organized, and at least one staff member was quite insulting, rude, and loud. He seemed to blame the passengers for the errors the crew made. The tendering process was unbelievably confusing and slow. We got yelled at again. This was totally unnecessary.

One saving grace was the entertainment. The Duo Oro (?) was spectacular, supremely talented and the best I have ever seen. One singer, who did a Michael Buble tribute was excellent. The magician was very skilled. All in all very enjoyable.

The senior crew was very available to us and very accommodating to our needs.

Very spacious and comfortable. Port was the best side for this itinerary. Bathroom was quite nice.
