Cabin: Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony
This was our first time cruising with NCL but have been on other cruise lines in the past. Never again. We loved the total NCL experience.
The level of service was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs, and it was fun interacting with each person we met along the way. I know it was a cruise but if all my day to day interactions could be like they were last week, life would truly be so much more enjoyable.
I always hate the embarkation. It's the one time you feel like cattle being herded. It wasn't awful but I always wish I could just skip that part!

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

We upgraded to a mini-suite and I am a mini-suite woman here on out! It provided just enough extra room that we didn't feel like it was too crowded. I could sit at the lighted mirror in the am to do my hair and make-up. The bathroom was the best part of the mini-suite--much larger than previous experiences and the shower was great, although it's not a walk in shower (step into the rather deep tub). This is the first cruise we didn't have much interaction with our cabin steward but our room was always ready when we returned in the am and turned down in the evening, with a whole array of towel animals which we enjoyed!
