I love going in cruise on my vacations. We Booked this cruise because visits Havana. But was our Worst vacation ever. This cruise Empress of the Seas needs to be re builded. Its a very old and small cruise. Cabins are very noise. No privacy between cabins. You can listen to all what happens in the cabin next door. That makes me feel very uncomfortable. Toilets doesn't flush good. Hand washer do not drain. Bad odor coming out from the toilets. Bad air conditioning in my cabin , warm temperature.
People working at the dinning room did excellent job. Very nice and friendly. Our waitress Miss. Suheide De Abreu very nice. Wishing her the best and good luck in her job. Excellent, nice, friendly lady.
Alvaro from Panama keeps our cabin organize and clean. He did a great job every day.
