wanted a relaxing cruise from miami to the copenhagen. the stay on ship for baltic cruise. the first 16 days were tedious as we missed ports, and had a very short time in london. the getaway is a large ship. the locations of the daily entertainment and the layout make it a very loud ship. lot of the the loud entertainment is in the is in the atrium area, making it difficult to hear the the desk service people, the cruise next people, and the shore excursion people hard to understand. the library is next to the entertainment. also the nice feature of o'shean's bar above the atrium is ruined by the loud music and game shows below in the the middle area is open and all of the loudness that comes from there makes it hard to enjoy the nice feature of o'shean's bar and grill. no sauna or steam room available unless you pay for the spa. the 9 days of the baltic cruise part was okay, but we hired outside tours for all of the cities, but you still can't "getaway" from the crowd and noise on the ship. never again.
