We chose this cruise because it went to Cuba!! The friendliness of the staff was great!! However the food did not live up to expectation from previous Royal Caribbean Cruises I have done in the past.

Cuba was fun, but very underdeveloped and I felt like I needed two showers after I got back on the ship. They definitly need to work on a safe shopping area around the cruise terminal because once you get off the ship you are bombarded by taxi people, con artist who take your picture and beg for your money, and some sketchy people. Definitely and experience. Key West and Cozumel were awesome and would definitely go back!

The Empress of the Seas is the smallest in the fleet, but has the biggest heart they say. It was a great ship! A little disappointing on the number of pools that they have and the casino was small but did the job.
