We choose Celebrity because they have always been top notch. We are Elite and finally have a ship in Florida during the summer when the grandchildren are able to sail with us. The only drawback of this cruise is that we are not pleased with the port of Miami, to congested and parking is not very user friendly. Prefer Fort Lauderdale or Port Canaveral. The crew on the Equinox was superb. Nothing was left out. Our Captain's Club Hostess was always on spot... We dined in the main dining room and service and food quality was above par and lived up to the Celebrity standards. Ship was looking almost brand new in all common areas as well as our stateroom. Shows were above average and I feel that everybody was pleased. Not an easy accomplishment. Always had something to keep us occupied if we wanted. As stated service was above average and we look forward to going on another Celebrity Cruise in the future. Ports where good but we have been there so many times that it is hard to get excited, not the ports fault. Travel with an eight year old and eleven year old, their third cruise and I feel that Celebrity does not attract many children which made it a little harder for them. Their other cruises where on RCCL. Overall I would rate the Equinox Excellent.
Good cabin location and obstruction is only if you want to look straight down.
Easy embarcation, Terrible parking and area outside of port
Self explored very easy
Cruise ship passanger friendly
Booked excursion on dock. Glass bottom boat.
Took grandchildren to swim with turtles. They enjoyed it.
